If you are not an experienced pest technician, detecting termites isn’t as easy as it may seem. Our technicians are fully trained and qualified with years of experience to detect termites and the environments they thrive in. How often is it necessary to have my property treated for pests?
The best way to minimise pest infestations is to carry out a minimum yearly pest control. Certain pests may require regular treatments depending on circumstances and environment conditions. Therefore it is important to get a skilled and trained pest technician to assess your property. Is it safe to have a pest spray carried out around my children and pets?
Absolutely! We ensure that all pest management work is carried out in accordance with industry codes of practice and regulations with due attention to consumers and the environment. Our products are tried and tested as well as being considered safe for use in schools, child-care centres, food manufacturing, etc. We are more than happy to provide a Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) upon request. Some people prefer to vacate the property or waiting outside during the treatment and returning once the treatment has dried (generally 1 hour to dry). We are happy to discuss this in further detail upon booking your appointment if you have any additional questions.
Do your pest sprays have an odour?
Not usually, The majority of our treatments are odourless.
I have found a pest after my treatment, now what?
Our treatments are safe and effective! Immediately after the treatment you will see a strong reduction in the amount of pests present, complete elimination may take weeks. Some treatments such as cockroach gels or baits are used to encourage the pest to move towards the bait to ingest and die. Due to this you may see a slight increase as the treatment is working. We offer a 12-month warranty period for most pests treated. (Subject to T&C).
When having a rodent treatment, will I find rats and mice around my home?
Generally rodents who have ingested bait will die outside of the home as they go in search of water. Occasionally, they may die in the roof void or wall cavity.
